Car radio not covered.

<p>Motomid informed me that the faulty radio in my Ford Figo will not be replaced under warranty as previously said. When they decided that it should be replaced they "realised" that I did not bring the car in for a service " in time". How is it possible to link a radio to a distance travelled service?</p>
