Amazing Service!

My Kuga decided to die. Thembi (Mavis) helped me out by sending a tech to where the car was, who determined it needed to be towed back to Ford.

The part they need won't be in for several weeks, but in the meantime, they arranged a rental car for me so I'm not inconvenienced.

I can't say enough good things about the service I've received! They've definitely earned a loyal customer.
