Servicing

On the 8th April, we phoned to book in our daughters scooter to be serviced on the 09th April.<br> 09th April we took the bike in at 8am and was told we could fetch it in the afternoon. We called and were told it wasn't ready. We arrived on the 10th at around 2.30pm only to be told it wasn't ready and asked if we could wait. After almost 2 hours odd of waiting they wheeled out a black bike. Our bike is white and had been ready on the 9th already. Very irritating and frustrating service received
