poor service and bad attitude

I buy 2 motmia grapas in feb 2015 i was advice is there best seller by christina in brackenfell and i will not struckel to get parts or farings for it if need <br> Needles to say i lost on both of the bikes my exhust covers due to head of exhust they advice me is a waranty claim<br> Jean cluad dit his best to order it for me from brackenfell brach were bikes was buy <br> But parts dept in cape town never sent it i my self call raymond sevrel times were he never returnd one of my calls <br> Today i call him he were very rude dont gave me chance to talk just said company go under licodation he wil sent my one bikes exhust cover today i feel he has a very bad customer attitude and is not a good sales person its not the way talking to customers the way he does<br> I call to speak to some one in charge but needles to say there is no one to help the switch bord said they put you thru to manigment but it not hapend
