Faulty scooter

I purchased a Baretta 125cc and the following was wrong: Headlights did not work, mirrors were loose, glass fell out of the left one and the rear brakes were not good. Two months later I was stranded on the side of the road due to a ***** falling out and petrol was spewing from there. *****s loose inside speedometer casing, brakes again and the foot rests for passenger was loose and springless. They had my scooter for 10 days and told me they had no knowledge of it. After tracking down the driver who collected it, the admitted to having it and only then said they will service the scooter and repair all faults. I collected the scooter and nothing was done and there was no oil in the sump. I have sent many many emails and have not received one call or response from them.
