Epic assistance at Motomia Goodwood!

I was having some issues with the Milnerton Motomia branch. I decided to call in to the Goodwood branch and ask about info and prices for a service/repair of my first bike. A guy named Armand answered the phone, gave me all the prices of the parts i would need out of his head for almost all the parts id need (to give me an estimate). <br> <br> He promptly booked me into their branch within 2 days. Met the man face to face, and he told me they would phone me as soon as they get a ballpark figure on what the issues are. I thanked him again and walked outside to wait for my list. Before my lift even arrived he called me and told me what all is wrong and what they would need. he called me later that day to give me an idea of how long all the repairs would take, after i asked him to. <br> <br> They fixed the bike in just over 2 working days (this includes a motor rebuild and new gearbox), tested it and confirmed all completed jobs done and took perhaps 2 minute to set me up an updated quote (via mail and over phone). <br> <br> <br> Armand was also previously recommended to me via another friend of mine who knows him. So it seems good customer support and experience can go a long way. Thanks again buddy! you rock!!
