bad product and service

I bought a motomia terra strada brand new<br> <br> From the start therubber exhaust gas pipe on thecylinder head gave problems.<br> <br> <br> I took the bike back to motomia goodwood<br> They put a piece of old metal tube in, with rubber pipe joining the ends and 4 clamps to keep it together.<br> I would not do thist o my own bike, but the so called agents thought it was good enough.<br> When i looked in under the petrol tank, the metal pipe they put in was up against the fuelwarning light wire and has allready started to melt into the plastic fuel tank.<br> I left the bikethere to have it fixed, when i collected it again, they justturned the metal pipearound, so that it would not touch the tank.<br> After i complained, they told me to bring it back, they have got the original pipe for me.<br> When i collected the bike, it was a second hand pipe and lasted a fewdays only.<br> When the bike went back again, i told them i believe the exhaust is blocked and that they must find the problem and fix it right.<br> When i collected the bike, they fitted a special tuff rubberhose, whish broke the next day !<br> Now the bike is also jerking.<br> <br> It isnt even a year old with 2700km<br> I demand a refund, as they sold me a dud which only gave me problems
