5 weeks and still no sign of fully paid motorbike

I paid upfront fully for a new motorbike from Motomia that I ordered from. 5 weeks later - still no delivery of new bike. I am deaf and I have to ask hearing people to phone for me - same reply \2 weeks time". I emailed twice to HQ but no replies at all. They don't even have the courtesy to keep me informed of the process of the late delivery. She said next week. I told her that there are only 3 working days next week - if they missed that week - it will turn into 7th week. This is not acceptable.
