4 weeks and still no estimate on repairs
Took my bike to the Randburg dealer. Randburg because others referred me there for their good service. Bought the bike from them and had no issues. On 22/04/2015 I took the bike in to get the left rear indicator as well as gear selector shaft repaired which got broken in a minor accident.<br> Week after week I have been calling. It took 3 weeks to get an estimate on the cost and a promise of not charging for all the labour due to the service so far ... then more promises of \Tomorrow ... and we will call you. Not once in 4 weeks have they returned my calls ... every time I must hear the part will be in tomorrow. Still .. I have just spoken to them and they still do not have the part delivered. The dealer not returning my calls is driving me over the edge. The parts network not supplying 1 single part for the repairs is scaringly pathetic. Imagine if a Motomia bike needs major repairs. How long can it take to get 1 part from their South African network? Do they even have a spares network?"
