4 months on...still no registration papers!!!!

I have posted a complaint on here previously but still no papers for the scooter i bought from MotoMia Centurion over 4 months ago. I keep on being promised papers but NOTHING to date. <br> <br> I cannot renew the licence so driving a un-licenced vehicle on the road. I did get some legal advice and according to law i will return the scooter to the Centurion Branch and get my money back that i paid so i can rather go buy something else<br> <br> It is really a pity that it had come to this as i really love my scooter but i have no other option.
