HONDA’S HOPE RESTORED !

Never give up! I almost did when something horrible went wrong with my much-loved 40 year old motorbike recently - a HONDA HAWK since you ask! A humorous friend suggested I dig a deep hole in the garden and bury it on the basis that spare parts are made of ‘unobtanium’! As an old biker of 81 facing the loss of his beloved bike built in ‘81 it was a depressing prospect ! But it all changed when a Good Samaritan (Chris Bretter) at MotorMettle kindly offered to investigate the motor’s problem as a kindly gesture - which he did and produced a Very Happy Ending! It’s comforting and reassuring to know that in these difficult times there are still people reaching out to others when they can! Many thanks Chris - you’re a Scholar and a Gentleman ….
