Terrible service and take NO responsibility !!!!!!!

After being a consistent client and spending a HEEP of money at Motorlube Fourways taking many different vehicles and a trailer there I had to deal with this ......

I Took my Audi Q7 to Motolube in Fourways and met the owner Johan and the guy behind the desk Dylan who assured me that they would sort my vehicle out !!!!

I needed a lube service, and oil change on my gearbox done and front left light issue sorted and a cover for my tow bar. A week later Dylan says that they sent my Audi away to have the gearbox done WITHOUT TELLING ME and changed me R5000 !!!!! just for that !!!!! and also said that the front L/H light issues was small and would cost me R300 for a small fitting. At the end of the week there was still no joy with the light issue so I wend it and complained and called Johan who assured me it would be sorted out !!!! Dylan then says on Friday ( day of collection ) that he did NOT win with the small cheap fitting but rather that I would have to pay R 4500 for a complete new assembly !!!! And that he could NOT get me a tow bar cover ANYWHERE that whole week !!! I was so cross but just paid and took my vehicle back !!

I went to the FIRST Audi I could find in Cresta the following Monday, paid R200 for the small light fitting and got a tow bar cover from Midas for R40 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I then STILL gave Johan and Dylan a chance to apologise and make this right and still NOTHING so I decided to post this report about the DISGUSTING experience that had with Motolube Fourways !!!!

People this is a warning be careful of this place as they are ***** and this may happen to YOU !!!!!
