aircon in a perfect working condition

<p>As i had a problem with my steering weel i thought i should take the car to Moto Lube to have it checked out as there was play on it. he also mentioned that the pipes needs replacing as its rock hard, wich we agreed to replace but with that we needed to take the radiator out to be flushed as well. We agreed and they started to work on the problems we mentioned. On the 27th i got my bakkie back which i was very happy and paid the amount of R6315.25 immediatly.</p> <p>I turned my aircon on as the bakkie get very hot at the feet keeping my feet cold. It was not working. I went back the next morning telling moto lube my aircon is not working as it worked before just fine. They checked the pressure and said there is no gas.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took my bakkie to be refilled with gas, where the man asked me what did i do to the aircon as its licking gas at the back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I explained they flushed the radiator and realised they damaged the aircon. i went back the same day telling them the new findings as they were the only ones who removed the radiator and installed it again whether they damaged it by accident.</p> <p> </p> <p>They took the vehicle to C-N-E-T Vehicle fitment centre and confirmed there is a lick in the aircon. We got feed back the same day that a stone might have caused it. As i was there most of the time they had a machine on it testing it. I did not see that they opened anyting to be sure that it was a stone.</p> <p> </p> <p>A week passed by as we made arrangent with Moto Lube where they will take out the condesor and send it away but i have to pay R3192.00. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am upset as my aircon was in a perfect working condition as a contractor i have atleast 4 people in my car driving with me everyday knowing my aircon worked just fine.</p> <p> </p> <p>they told as that the condenssor was loos caused by as stone, in the report they say there is a chip caused by a stone which they assumed thats what happend.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is Not true my AIRCON worked just fine before i left the car at Moto Lube.</p> <p> </p> <p>My bothers me the most in the report it's not stating where the condensor was loose. Was it in the front was it in the middle of the aircon condensor and the radiator. Nothing about where the damaged was caused.</p> <p> </p> <p>If it's Moto Lube's way of breaking people stuff in order to make more money then this is a bad business sense and you should close. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the first time I had problems with the same branch. </p> <p> </p> <p>Previouslly they did not tie the wheel nuts and almost caused an accident where the wheel came off. Where we also had to pay for the parts caused by the damaged once the wheel came off. Which they did not charge for labour. </p> <p> </p> <p>i will take the car for a second opinion and i will make sure they take photos where it was repaired. </p> <p> </p> <p>All we ask is honesty and we could have sort it out understanding it was an accident. But to lie to my face, thinking i know nothing, thats where the mistake comes in.</p> <p> </p>
