Worst service ever! Stay away!

I was referred to Motolek in Montague Gardens to fix my car's starting issues. They replaced my starter motor and sent it back. A week or two later (I don't use my car daily) and my car wouldn't start so I sent it back. They replaced the starter motor again and sent it back. A few days later my car wouldn't start again and I sent it back. A day or two later they tell me to collect it so I send my driver (I am disabled) and he drives up the road and the car cuts out and won't start. Few days later and they tell me to fetch it. The following weekend I used the car and once again it cut out and wouldn't start, I also noticed a leak in my garage from under my car which I didn't have before so I sent the car back. A few days later and I am told to collect. Motolek said they let an employer use my car to go to work and back for 3 days and told me to fetch it. My driver fetches it and phones me because the car is now making a huge noise (how did they even think it was okay to release it like that is beyond me) so I told him to take it back. It turns out I now needed to replace my power steering pump because it was damaged! I sent my car to a different company to fix that and when I got the car back it cut out again. I was stuck at 8pm in the dark with a car that wouldn't start. Today, 29th May 2021, I returned my car to the company that fixed my power steering pump, hoping they could fix my starting issue as I couldn't deal with Motolek anymore, and according to them the starter is faulty and they fitted a relay and there's no response there.

Motolek quite a few times promised to return my calls and 95% of the time I had to follow up because they never did. They even tried blaming the people that drive my car!

I honestly feel that 1 star is too much for the issues they have caused...
