Motolek Auto Electrical and Mechanical Service and Repair Stikland

Motolek Auto Electrical and Mechanical Service and Repair is a workshop full of nonsense. I sent in my car for repairs a month ago perfectly running with a problem of water and oil mix which was seen when my BMW 1 series went in for a car service. They firstly took a full week to diagnose my care claiming it was the engine head gasket that had cracked. I was quoted on that and paid more then % deposit. The deal was that my car would be repaired and only released once the balance is settled. I had notified them that i would only have the balance month end and that they would not charge me for storage as the quote was way above my budget. A month later i called as i was ready to make payment and collect my car, to my surprise my car had not been worked on yet. They told me it will be ready in two days. After two days i received a call to say there was a part missing and i had to buy it myself as they wouldnt fit the bill. I asked them why was this part not quoted and they told that they only saw it after and it could not have been detected before. I also then asked them did they not put my car in a dignostic machine to see all of this and i was NO, they only tested the engine cooler and top gasket to see what caused the oil and water mix, so no full diagnosis was done. After bringing in my dad and fighting with them i saw best to just buy the part and give it to them for fitting, i was then told i would get my car the following day. The following day i was told the engine belt needed replacing and that was also not quoted, i fought with them again and they agreed to finance that part themselves and i was told i would my car the following day. The following day i was told my car is now rattling and they have called the BMW specialist to see what could be the cause. I was told the BWM specialist says the car moto must be cleaned and they refused to do that at their own cost so i need to pay extra for that. Bottom line is Motolek does not know how to fix my car and their doing trial and error on it. They have poor service and zero client servicing skills. They owner is very rude with no people skills and very arrogant. I have had to call them everyday to find out what happening with my car and no one cares to give me a call. If my car was put in a diagnostic machine from get go, all the problems related to oil and water mix would have been found, properly quoted for and fixed. They were not honest with me form the start as they could have said they do not have the expertise to fix such a car. This company has not only provided me with bad service and frustration they are plane ******. I am female and no nothing about cars and they are busy taking chances. DO NOT USE them for anything as they do not have full resources and are very dishonest.
