HORRIBLY..... TERRIBLY...... DISGUSTING!!!!

I am totally disgusted with this company and services!!! We took our car here to repair and the only thing that was wrong is the lights weren't working... My husband asked them to only do a quote and he will then decide if he has enough funds to get it repaired. He left his car there and when he came back later THEY HAVE ALREADY DONE THE JOB!!!! and charged him R1500.00..... He was then outraged as he has not given them the go ahead to fix this problem!!!!!! He asked the guy (who's done the job) what he did and he said he only changed two wires back where they belong. TWO WIRES... CHANGED BACK TO THEIR CORRECT PLUGS...... R1500.00!!! You must be joking me!! He then wanted to give them a piece of his mind and they threatened to call the police on him!<br> <br> I am so sickened by this service as we can not afford this repair and they just assumed they could go ahead and fix it!<br> <br> I will now make it my mission to never give them anymore business and everybody I know will be surely made known to this fact!! Seeing as I work for a company who makes great use of them they will also now be informed of this case and for us, good customer service is of the utmost importance!!<br> <br> Regards!!!
