Alternator Repairs

<p>In October 2016, We sent our bakkie in for Alternator repairs at Motolek in Roodepoort with a warranty of 6 months, however in January 2017 on our way from holiday he had a breakdown, took it to a place in the Northern Cape and to our surprise the bearings nor the rectifier was not replaced in the alternator. Went back to Motorlek in Roodepoort and to my disbelief, the owner and workshop manager denied that when they serviced the bakkie all parts and spares was new and they use SKF, luckily we brought back the old parts and there was no SKF on any part. What terrible and horrible disaster it was. WE deserve an apology and a guarantee from Motoloek Roodepoort. </p>
