Your car came in with a leaking tappet cover gasket after driving 16622km. We were instructed to fix it, but when the job was done you did not want to pay. We charged you R2133.25 for the repair. The response we got was your husband verbally abusing our staff and threatening the over 70 year old owner with bodily harm. Twice.
