Worst service ever.

This people is the worst of the worst. I've been a client for over 10 months with not 1 claim. When I did my first claim they denied my claim and I had to pay myself for work done on my car. When I phoned to cancel they then decided to pay afterward, which they haven't done yet. You phone them but cant get hold of them, the phone rings then you wait and wait, and wait, after so many attempts and waiting for more than 10 minutes each attempt, i still didn't get hold of anyone.
