Suspected installment tampering and pathetic service.

I opened up a service plan for my vehicle end of October and requested my Intsallement to go off 4th of August 2023 to cover me for August and They instead deducted the 04 of September 2023.I then phoned to ask that my installment be moved to end of each month which they promised but did not do. I also noted some discrepancies on my policy. Information that was captured wrong. They promised correct it and a month later nothing has been done. I phone them on 06 Of October to ask when is my installment going off and they just schrugged it of and said they dont take the installments but Innovation Group takes the installments.

I then phone innovation group and they claimed i do noit reflect as a member on their system.

It is now an ongoing battle to find out who deducted the money from my account and why they did not consistenetly deduct the installments.

I suspect that this company deliberately tamper with your installments as in their terms and conditions it says you have to have 3 consecutive installments deducted to be covered for a service.

this means if I had taken my car in after 3 months and they did not continuously deduct I would not be covered.

This is *****ulent and should be looked into as something is fishy with this company.

their staff is unprofessional and just doesn't care. I have sent an email to have my policy cancelled with immediate effect.
