Refund

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to Cancel my policies. The first premium went off in December 2023 and the last one 5 May 2024. I have not used the policies at all. I have requested a refund, but I have been told that there would be no refund. This is a very dire situation and I really need to get the refund.
