First of all, I have been following up regarding the spare key, only later to be told that they are not obliged to provide me with the spare key. Secondly, I was sold a car which does not have lock nuts for all four tires. This compromised both my safety and the safety of the car.

Theres still so much more that I was not happy about. To think that I was very scaptical when making my purchase, but I gave the dealer the benefit of the doubt. I am so dissapointed. People must never purchase of vehicles at that dealership.
