MOTLHANKE FUNERAL PARLOR A ****!!!!!

I am still shocked about the treatment I got from MISS SETLHAKE MADILENG & MOTLHANKE FUNERAL PARLOR employees. after 23 years of paying premiums our family didn't get the service they deserved. We lost our beloved brother and we were expecting a full packaged funeral service that we have been paying for. however to our surprise we had to pop-out an amount of R6500.00 in order for us to get the body of our brother. When taking up the burial policy, a full package funeral service was promised which include (coffin, tents,chairs and the whole burial set-up, cash back ,cars etc) which we didn't get even after topping-up with R6500.00

We wont leave this here, we are going to report the matter to the ombudsman.
