All about money once they receive you'll be talking to a wall

I made an order last year paid December after that no 1 rep**** to me emails anymore. When I try to call the numbers given on my email to a guy called Jason the phone keeps ringing and when I call the other number it goes straight to voicemail. I've been told I'll be contacted in a week and my order is being processed it's been 2 weeks now. From December till January I've been waiting. I want my money back it's draining honestly.
