2 years waiting for my order

I don't even know were to begin, I place an order almost 2 years ago , yes 2 years . It's either I'm promised my order is on the way or il be refunded , up to so far I'm still waiting . Lately wen u send a massage you get an automated reply . I am very disappointed in this company all I need is my money back .
