Absolutely NOT enabling ICT companies
Terrible service. They don’t know the processes of the company they are representing. Their customer care is basically nonexistent. They do not send follow ups or updates for queries you have to chase them. They don’t seem to communicate amongst themselves, making it the clients burden to explain the same issue and the frustrations around that issue over and over! They do not respect your time and will say they will call you and then don’t, and then eventually schedule a teams call for you to have to explain everything you’ve said on email in person.
