Company doesn't want to fix my car (Mpi Middleburg)

January 29/2024 four cars was involve in an accident. I am the owner of avanza Wich was involve in an accident. The diver of the bakkie of mpi was drunk and got arrested on scene thn the owner of the Mpi company called us and told us that he will be the one fixing our cars but still nothing is happening till now it's 4 months now
