Motion Insurance Brokers called me when I bought a new car to \assist"me with quote's for insurance. Only mentioned at the end of the second call I needed to pay R800.00 admin fee - thought it was a bit of a ******* but decided to pay as they did get a insurance company with everything I needed and came in lower than my existing insurance. Well here the fun starts they decided to deduct R900.00 from my account and when I brought it to their attention I get told \""we have to first listen to our recorded conversation and will get back to you\"" Supervisor phones back and yes we did agree to R800.00 oops will pay back you back"
