Unfair handover
Fitness Motion Mdantsane stopped debiting our account and now has handed us over to attorneys, without notifying us or collecting for outstanding balances.

Please except our apologies for any inconvenience that this situation may have caused, it was not our intention and all members are important to us.
We only hand over the account to the legal department once an account goes more than 90 days into arrears, we also stop running the debit order to stop unpaid debit orders costing our member more in bank charges and damaging there credit scoring further. We also only hand the account over if we fail to make contact with you.
Ward, Ward and Pienaar are extremely professional and will assist you in getting your account up to date. If you feel the information is incorrect, please still contact the attorneys, voice your concerns and they will assist you if possible.
