Terrible conditions
I am a member of this facility since January 2017. I have never failed to pay my ever since. There are nine showers in the male change rooms. Three showers are comletely dilapidated and the remaining six are are working but only one has hot water. You can imagine how frustrating it must be when it's time to take a shower during peak hour. Everyday members have to fight for that one shower. Whenever you complain about the situation you are told the company is working on it but nothing happens. I dont think they take the well being of their members seriosly. Secondly, these people decided to change the opening and closing times of the gym to satisfy a small group of members without consulting the rest of the members, let alone informing them afterwards. The only reason I continue to be a member is because there is better facility in the area.

Thank you for taking the time to voice your concern. As you can now see, we are totally revamping the showers. When we took over, we did repair all the small geysers in the showers, this though did not have the desired outcome we were looking for. As it stands now, we are re tiling the shower area, installing new geysers and heat pumps, installing additional lockers and will be replacing all the shower soap dispensers, taps, shower heads etc. Once we have done that we will be revamping the steam room and sauna.
Just to bring you up to date with the developments at the club so far, we have painted the entire club out, revamped and repaired the pool and filtration system and repaired/replaced/upgraded where necessary the aircon system. Behind the scenes we have been busy training and developing our staff to improve our members experience as well as heavily investing in the infrastructure computers/telephone system etc.).
We will continuously invest in the club to enhance the members experience and deliver a fine facility and product.
