Shocked and Appalled!!!!!!
Not even worth one star. Absolutely disgusted with the service received from the accounts dept. Cancelled my membership over a year ago, moved to a different town and never heard from Motion Fitness again. Not a call, an email or even an attempt to debit my account. Nothing.
I get an sms TODAY to say my account has been referred for legal action!!!!!! How do you take legal action against someone who has no idea that they are in default???? I am shocked to hear that after 1 year and 3 months i have to pay unpaid fees, legal costs AND interest, on an account that I am completely unaware of.
No1 at headoffice wants to hear me out and the lawyers just turn the other way. I am left with no chance to clear this up. Instead the one person just passes me on to the next, all with my credit score hanging in the balance. This is their way of intimidating you into paying money that is NOT due to them.
If this is how MOTION FITNESS does business then I am greatly concerned for the members currently on their books!!!!! Shocked!!!!
