Promise not kept and avoiding me

<p>Neil has not refunded me, nor phoned me back. I am tired of chasing you. I was promised a refund yet you still ignore me. Phone me on my cellphone today please! I left messages at the Hemmingways branch with the lady in charge of doing refunds but still no call back. </p>
