Poor aerobic classes and total disregard for member complaints
Poor service, arrogance of both management and owners, complaints totally ignored, email correspondence re poor aerobic classes, instructors unattendance to classes, not enough steps for step class, novice *********** instructors, poor sound system. A total ******* of clients that are pinned down to 12-24 month contracts.
