Paying for "Access Denied"
<p>I am a contracting client with Motion Fitness, Worcester.</p> <p> </p> <p>In August last year, I received a letter from Ward, Ward & Pienaar for outstanding monies. The outstanding balance was paid and everything up to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>Many e-mails was written between myself and the D/C Agents. The agents' response was mostly, "We have to date not received a response from our client, we will follow up and revert to you."</p> <p>They provide no feedback, and no response to my demands from my legal counsel. Since August 2016, I have been denied access to their facilities, despite making regular and proper payment.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
Good Morning,
Thank you for taking the time to post this query, apologies for any inconvenience that this situation may have caused.
When a membership is current, you will have no problem accessing the facility. Only if your membership is in arrears, as you have indicated, will the club deny you access. Even if you bring your membership up to date and then fall immediately again into arrears due to an unsuccessful debit order, your access will be denied again. Once it is brought up to date again, you will be given access to the club.
We only hand memberships over to Ward Ward and Pienaar for collection, once the membership falls 3 months into arrears, prior to that, we attempt to resolve this situation with our members. I can not comment on communication between our legal teams, however, what i recommend is for you to send all documentation to our Regional Manager, Anri Van Heerden on *** and he will be able to assist you further.

Good Day Mr Strangleman,
My response refers to above matter.
My legal counsel got in touch with both Mr Van Heerden (Pro-Range) and Mr Marais (MF Worcester). Despite numerous queries with your staff, the matter was not resolved.
I am still denied access to the facility, even though payments been made succesfully.
Please could this matter receive you attention
