Motion Fitness in financial difficulty ?

Motion Fitness has handed over all its former members and is annoying them with endless threats via email and sms. The attorneys Ward, Ward & Pienaar are ruthless in their approach, threatening everyone with blacklisting.

Motion Fitness's administration is pathetic to say the least, even the managing director Neil Strangleman agreed.

This was specifically the reason why we cancelled our membership.

It seems that Motion Fitness is desperate to collect any money, hence the reason for this mass legal action.

Surely it's ******** to launch such an unjustified mass action and also to send unwarranted threats.

Do your homework first, get your administration and processes right and then target only the guilty ones.

Your actions are unprofessional and disturbing.

Good Morning, to respond to your opening statement, we are in no way in any financial difficulty. In fact we have further invested in Worcester by purchasing the building that we operate in recently. At no point did i state that the administration of the company was pathetic, however all our data is manually inputted, if we have made a mistake we will gladly resolve the situation.
We have a legal right to collect arrear payments, we however only hand them across to our legal team once the memberships are over 3 moths in arrears and our internal processes and collection department have failed to resolve the situation with the member. To date, even though we were within our right to do so, we have no blacklisted any member, nor have we negetivley affected their credit rating.
Regards Neil Strangleman
