Motion Fitness George Manager is never at work and the service horrible after 2 years of being with them they have not improved

This will be my second review of Motion Fitness in George. My second review in the 2 years I have been with them - no need to say more but my rating would be a 0 if it was possible to give it. My contract is ending at the end of July 2021 and my debit order stopped in Jan 2021. They informed me that the last months of my contract I will receive in credit after I had to phone in once again to ask why my debitorder did not deduct. I followed up today and they informed me I need to still pay for another month. They made a admin mistake and I now need to pay for it. They also refused to accept my cancelation due to it being to soon. I need to report my cancelation between the 1st and the 5th of my last month. The words to be was that they are not going to remember to cancel it and an email is not good enough so far in advance. Their Manager is also never there. I have asked him to call me back 3 times in the last 2 months - had to go in as well to try and reach someone - he apparently gets paid to not work. His staff laughed when I asked them when he will be in - giving me the idea HE IS NEVER AT WORK! I then called the Call Centre number to be informed there is only one person who helps George and the person can also not help me because they went home already this was at 4:26 .. This is the most ridiculous gym I have ever joined - I regret every second of it. I feel so sorry for the people who will still be stepping into this trap. I wish they would consider new management at their George branch!
