Motion Fitness George

I have opted in many times to cancel my subscription with Motion Fitness George and I was told that I will pay double of the months remaining. I relocated to Gauteng October of 2019 and I am still paying for a service I had not used in over a year. I had spoken to Motion Fitness' senior representative which then dropped the call on me. I had sent relatives residing in George to submit my written notice and it was not accepted. They told me that I need to go back down to George and submit the cancellation myself.
