I've been paying fees for 11 months now, without using the gym. I moved to Cape Town a year ago and tried to move my contract over to another person as suggested by the gym themselves.

I filled in forms, and tried to get the management to move over the contract. They dragged their feet so much for the next 4 weeks that the person told me he'd rather buy gym equipment and do it at home if this is the service we are receiving. I've stopped my debit order and they call and suggest me buying out my contract, I agreed, that was a month ago... I'm still waiting
