Incompetence

My Friend and i signed up at Motion Fitness in 2017. All was fine and we were so enjoying the gym until it rained one day, We were taking a class and the studio floor was covered in water - There were no wet floor signs placed on the floor or in the studio, My friend slipped and hurt herself. We went and reported this matter and we were just laughed at buy the gym instructors. We asked to speak to management, we explained to them what had happened, they intern got all offensive with us, as if we were the ones to p\blame, Started shouting at us and telling us we are childish. We have requested numerous times that our contracts get cancelled as we didn't enjoy how we were treated by management and staff, No one has ever responded to our emails or phoned us back. Management is always off and unable to help us.

We then heard via the g**** vine - No formal letter/ Text telling us that we had been handed over to there lawyers. We have never received a statement from them with regards to our current account balance or informing us that our contract has come to an end.

There staff are all ill informed about what the steps are to cancel the contract and refuse to give any assistance with regards to cancelling the contract as i have been handed over to the lawyers - According to them - The lawyers have no record of me being handed over.

This gym needs a serious wake up call and needs to clean up there act, they are chasing away customers and recommendations.
