I'm unhappy and angry as hell

When I went to see what is happening at the gym the staff was friendly and well outspoken. I was looking for a gym to accommodate me and sometimes my 4 year old. With the pitch that one of the staff members mentioned was there is a playing area for children and he went and showed it to me. I was excited. So got the contract. So 2 days ago I went there with my son, the Club Manager (don't know her name) stopped me and said he cant go in because they only have people in peak times to look after him with a very bad attitude. That was about 9am in the morning. But organised someone. I addressed the matter and I was told they\ll look into it. Yesterday the 29/07/2015 I went there again with my boy when I entered the door that same Manager was there and said out LOUD "NO"
