Horrible communication

I had been a member of Go health club which changed to Motion fitness for 3 years after which I had to relocate and cancelled my contract with 30 days notice.

I have been debited by the company even though my contract is cancelled and have tried numerous methods of contacting them but no reply and haven't received my refund.

It was a lovely gym but the Admin at head office needs alot of work.
