Harrasment and theft

I never post anything, but please help me share my experience. I joined Motion Fitness George in 2015. In 2016 I cancelled my contract as soon as I could as their service was horrible, the gym dirty and the staff rude. I had to drive to them a few times just to cancel the contract as they ignored my emails and management never phoned me back no matter how many times i tried contacting them the manager was never available. Now.... 3 years later they tell me i owe them money for 3 years contract. After fighting for a month they found my cancellation forms that were never submitted. They are still holding me accountable for legal fees even tough they never contacted me and never submitted my forms. I thus ask that those of you who have cancelled motion fitness contracts check that it is actually done and please share this post. Motion Fitness is not worth supporting. Their management team and head office are to important to take your calls and they do not care at all for their clients. My experience was horrible and i hope i spare someone else this irritation.
