Expensive and no maintenance
Motion Fitness in Worcester does no maintenance . All the membership fees goes to the company directors, and nothing is invested back into the business.
The squash courts are in a shocking condition. Hole in the front wall, damp areas on the court, paint peeling etc.
They can't even fix the aircon, which is constantly having issues. They are abusing their monopoly in Worcester.
The owners simply don't care. The employees does their best, but the owners are useless.

Thank you for taking the time to write this complaint and please accept our apologies for any frustration that your perception of the situation may have caused.
One though, does need to be careful when making incorrect statements and accusations on a public forum which are untrue. Please would you send me the info you are basing this statement on to *** so that i can take the necessary legal steps as it amounts to deformation.The directors have not taken a single cent from the club in profit, it has all be re-invested into the club. If you would like to discuss this further I am more than happy to meet with you.
We are having majour issues with the aircon units, we are though working at resolving it as soon as possible. This has had an effect on the humidity of the club, which in turn, caused condensation. As soon as we resolve the issue with the aircon, we will then repair the damaged floor in 1 of the 3 squash courts. Two squash court walls are also in playable condition out of the 3 but as is the case with all squash courts, they are suseptable to damage. All 3 squash courts were revamped totally 5 years ago and we will be attending to them shortly.
We do care about both our members and brand and take things such as you mention very seriously.
