Do not ever get a contract for Motion Fitness

Beginning of March 2021, I emailed Motion Fitness George to cancel my membership. I filled in all necessary form for the cancellation and all was approved.

Via Email from Feritha, they confirmed that my LAST debit order date was for 1/3/2021. This was even confirmed telephonic.

In April, I see a debit order deduction for MFG. I reversed the transaction and emailed MFG stating that a debit order has been deducted wrongfully, and that I have reversed it, as they have stated that my last debit order date was for 1/3/2021 (that has been received)............Nobody even attempted to contact me regarding this matter.

Now I am receiving emails from *** stating that my account is in arrears???

Why should I pay? If I have written confirmation that the last debit order was for 1/3/2021? And Nobody responded to my email in April regarding the debit order that was reversed?

I find this VERY unprofessional and I feel that Motion Fitness it trying to MILK every last drop out of its clients.

Please note, that I will not be paying this fee or any extra fees,as I feel this is ****************.

I really hope the owners see this review and sort out this matter with their staff, that obviously does not know how correctly get back to clients.
