Contract
My son Tiaan Fourie is not 18 years and Motion Fitness George let him sign a contact for 2 YEARS when I find it out he already paid 3 mouths instalments and want to get out of the contract now he can't and must pay his way out. I his father want all his money back and his name of all contracts. My name is Christo Fourie and my cell is ***.

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention, it was never our intention to upset or frustrate Tiaan or his family.
As per our telephonic call, no debit orders have gone off against his account according to our records today, as he only joined on the 08 August 2015. If that does change though please do not hesitate to contact me and we will refund the amount debited. I have instructed our administration department to cancel the membership with immediate effect and we will refund your son his R80.00 once he returns his card.
Please except our apologies for any inconvenience that this situation may have caused.
