Bad Service, no feedback

hi On November 14 I had an operation on my arm and have not been able to gym. the doctor gave me a letter that I can first start to exercise again on 08 January 2018. the Gym were supposed to not decuct the full amount but they did and then the account went into arrears. after numerous phone calls and after an email I send, I finally got a answer from the manager and they decided to look into the matter. on Friday, 23/02/2018 I got a email from a lawyer stating that the account has been handed over to them. I then told the lady I am still in the process of dealing and she then send me a detailed account, where they deducted one month from the account on Friday, 23/02/2018, but on 10.02.2018 they handed this account over. How is this possible as the manager did not even send anything to me stating that they took an amount off from the account. Friday, 02.03.2018 I once again tried to rectify this account but to no avail.

Could you please resolve this otherwise I will have to go to the ombudsman as this seems to me as anlawfull practice. I even send an email to Neil and to ********** on 28.02.2018 but to date nothing. I will make it my mission to tell people not to go to that gym as you treat your clients as if they are nothing.
