Bad service

I have been trying to cancel my accounts but nobody has been replying to me since Friday, I couldn't cancel it in person at the gym, I was given an email address to contact , now they tell me about this month's debit order but they didn't mention that when I went to the gym or try to reply to my emails. I didn't even know who to contact because the gym gave me an email, that nobody was replying to!
