bad quality sercice

I signed a one year contract last year august at motions fitness club where they said the payments will go off per debit order, and the consultant Lana told me a double payment will go off in december for a payment in january because most people dont leave money in their bank account in the month of january. In February i went in to motion fitness to complain to ther manager paul, as he said the payment was not for membership fees but for additional payments for new equipment, so i reverse that transaction because that was misleading info given to me by the consultant in the first place.

From Feb I have notice that no debit order went off my bank account and went in to the fitness club to query it, but they could not give me an answer. I filled in another debit order from that they send to head office but nothing was done so i paid every month by them. I ask the reception every month why the payment wasnot debited from my account because that was my agreement with them.

In June I didnot went the gym and there was not a dedution made off my account. Each month I leave enought funds in my account so that my debit orders should go off but nothing. In July when I went to the gym and query my account it was more that it was surpose to be and the receptionest told me I must write a complain and should not pay at that stage as their head office will phone me, but i didnot receive anything from motion fitness.

In August they told me I was handed over not for my mistake but for theirs. I even went to the bank draw all my bankstatements and took to paul so that he can investigate. But even he dont get back to the customer. Yesterday I went back there and he was busy training cant give me answer*****r service

Good Morning,
Firstly we would like to apologise for any frustration that this situation has caused to date. I have had a look into you complaint and found the following,
1) When it comes to the double levy in December, we ensure it is explained and signed for when our membership consultant explains the membership options. It is also signed for and explained on our terms and conditions on your membership agreement, which you receive copies off.
2) We run our debit orders through Netcash, who then deal with the banks on our behalf. These processes are fully automated. The reason that the debit order has failed to run from your account, according to the Netcash code is because you placed a stop against the debit order.
3) We have further resolved this issue with you and cancelled the membership. I do not want to get into the details of that in a public forum, understandably so.
