Appalling gym standards

The gym management and or ownership is failing this franchise. The gym was great when it opened. It's on a rapid downhill right now. Showers aren't working, gym equipment, lockers, walls, ceilings are maintained or serviced and it's ****roach infested. Regularly has no hot water and a non functioning sauna.
