ANSWER & SORT OUT

Just want money, but has no service or foot to stand on!

I joined Motion Fitness in George, in 2015, through Caroline that was in school with them. Not knowing that I'd move to Cape Town.

I then got a job in Cape Town and move here. I canceled the Motion Fitness contract prior to the opening of the gym.

They always had issues with replying, etc. - Always referring me to the next.

Now I have to pay over R16,000.00 to them??? I don't think this is fair.

I never even used the gym.

No one is replying??? Please sort this out, or I'll get an attorney to handle this. At a stage, I was willing to just pay, but I found the proof of the cancellation form on an old e-mail I saved. I will not pay a cent. Any legal fees involved should be covered by yourself due to lack of; -working processes and -attentive staff.
